We would like you to be fully satisfied with your AKey™ shopping experience. If your purchase is damaged but it does yet unused and in its original packaging we will replace it.
We make a careful selection of each piece we ship to our customers. However, in case of clear verifiable flaw or damage to a product, you may change or return it within 14 days of purchase.
All item return must be authorized by AKey™, please send an email to ……. include your full name, order number with a description of the fault and photos if possible, to evaluate the viability of the return or exchange. We strongly encourage you to keep the tracking number for your return shipment.
When your return is received, we will credit you back the amount for using the same method of payment you used. We will process your return immediately but actual refund may vary depending on your bank or payment company.
AKey™ reserves the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, so please be aware.
Special jewels policy
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order and it is still in a new condition, you can contact us to exchange it for something else or return it within 14 days.
If your purchase has a faulty part, we will replace or repair it since your item is covered by a lifetime warranty.
If your purchase has been damaged for some other reason such as breakage due to falling, crushed or any other such unintentional incident, we will repair it or replace according to cost.
If an earring has been lost, do not need to purchase a new set. A single earring can be purchased to complete the pair. We will polish and re-plate your jewel at no cost.
We are not responsible for repairs gone wrong by another jeweler. Always contact us if you would like changes done to your item.
Please send us an email with you questions, requests and concerns, accompanied by any photos you may have of the damaged item, and our team will take care and evaluate how to proceed.
